We thoroughly enjoyed brand-new rooms and great food.

All of the staff was amiable and excellent. The soft drinks in piano bar were very welcome. It was a very pleasant stay, upgraded and perfect place: D

Great spot for relaxation!

The gym was a nice add-on with decent equipment that's rarely busy. The cocktail bar had some fun specials, loved the mojitos! The staff was super friendly and made my birthday extra special. Just wish the air conditioning in our room was better.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food which was available for long periods; very relaxing atmosphere. Easy car parking on road outside.

The staff was nice. I was able to relax and I also got some work done.

I didn't like that we don't have internet acess in our rooms and that you have to pay for it for a limited time.

Thanks for fabulous time here! Whatever you need is this great room with a balcony towards the garden, a superbly view to the mountains and the garden. I truly enjoyed the staff, they are brilliant. The piano bar makes the savoury drinks.

The large terrace was fantastic, and we enjoyed access to the nearby water park. Perfect for families!

Aqua park access is fantastic, just a minute away! Staff genuinely friendly and accommodating.

Food options lack variety, with some dishes undercooked. Wi-Fi is inconsistent. Not covering guest rooms effectively.

Ground floor rooms offer large terraces.

The reception desk staff lacked customer service skills, quite frustrating. Our rooms were in disrepair, with broken furniture and inconsistent Wi-Fi. The dining experience was appalling, with limited food choices and the lack of attention from staff during meal times.

Taurito has some great points, but also a few bumps along the way. The highlight for me was the accessibility to the water park right next door. It was perfect for my little ones. They loved it. The room was decent enough with a good garden view. A nice touch was the large terrace we had. Another bonus was the quick check-in process. We hardly spent any time waiting, a relief after a long journey. I appreciated the botanical gardens nearby for morning walks. They provided a peaceful start to our days. Unfortunately, the dining experience brought us down. The food was quite repetitive. We found ourselves having the same pizza and spaghetti options daily, lacking any real flavor or variety. The drinks also felt watered down, disappointing. Staff demeanor was hit or miss. Some were really nice, while others seemed less than cute. The noise from nearby entertainment was disruptive at night. For a family looking for a relaxing vacation, it can be a challenge. Plus, lack of nearby attractions limited our activities outside the hotel. We had fun, but the food and noise were areas needing serious improvements.

The staff delivered really good service , particularly on the two special birthdays we celebrated. From our room, we enjoyed a lovely garden view that enhanced our relaxation. The spa provided good value for the money with its warm water Jacuzzi pool and sauna.

The dining options could benefit from more variety to improve the overall experience.
